Has anyone ever seen a picture(or remember the races ect) of the Vetter racing KZ1000 MKII AMA superbike that Reg Pridmore rode,
I can find pictures of the kz1000 round tank racecrafters/vetter..(78 cycle world).but he also later rode a MKII KZ1000,
i know this for a fact because i once owned a crashed tank from this bike that i got from an employer as a gift....

The tank was a MKII and had dual petcock (one on each side) mounting holes, it was the same white with yellow and blue stripes as the tribute paint scheme that a member here had reproduced.......

There must be pictures somewhere of the bike or Reg riding it??????

Real nice family from Wisconsin... There two young lads are attending the Motorcycle Institute here in Phoenix....

They where looking at my KZ and I'm like holly crap, love that Z1... mind if I take a picture.... Their faces where classic Kodak moment... Like are you kidding compared to yours... I'm like my bud out in Monterey is going to love this...

that is a 74 Z1900 and i believe it is the way the fire project i have originaly looked


mine is in a pile and i'm finished now aquiring body for it...frame and mismatched in fore ground is a 73/74 Z1

wow, watching and hearing those motors is so inspiring. I really am contemplating taking the VRRA racing course this summer
