- Who put the what in the where?
Quick responses to me e-mails, helpful answers to my questions. It is always a pleasure; and I can only imagine the pain I am causing Chris ordering $300 worth of $2.00 o-ring and $10 bearings!
Many of the places I e-mailed (for services) I have to fight with to get a response, and when I finally do it is 2 words. I understand folks are busy and e-mails take time, but part of what I want to buy when I purchase bits for a bike is the know how that comes along with it.
I couldn't tell you how many hours I spent talking to Jeff getting advice for the bike.
You guys will always get my business because of how efficient and helpful you are.
Thanks!

The packing peanuts work better than the sealed-air packs. We receive a ton of shipments in to us, and many of the sealed pillows deflate in transit - plus items can move between them.
We usually use the foam peanuts not the styrofoam ones - although we will recycle any of those we receive.
The styrofoam ones can disintegrate when used with heavier items - that's why we don't typically use them.
Last year we shipped over 15,000 packages - and had ZERO insurance claims - and only a couple of parts even potentially damaged in transit. The foam peanuts just work...
The chemical expanding foam packs are very good - just too expensive and really not recycleable at all... If we shipped a ton of delicate items, we'd probably use those as well.

the sealed bags can and do blow out.....i send out complete
computer systems from servers down to optical mice in large triwalls and i use large bubble ,bubble wrap....the large bubbles fill voids quickly when scrunched up and its easy to deal with......
