Well........... I got another ebay steal :) :) :) :cheer: B)

It went dirt cheap since it was listed as pickup only, and it was in pierre, SD, less than 200 miles from me. I won it for $305!!! I think thats a great deal, isnt it???

It comes with frame (air in frame, and gas tank upper tube) body, front forks, triple trees, headlight, kickstand. Pretty much everything except motor and wheels!

Anybody know what style body that is????

what kind of times are these small tire dragbikes capable of? As many of u know im currently building a dragbike and was worried about the chassis not being strong enough, and maybe wanting it to be streetable. I was thinking low compression 1428 and a j head before when i wanted to be kinda streetable. Now that i have this chassis i was thinking just building this motor high compression, big cams, and big carbs and having it as a dragbike only. I have another kz1000 motor that i may consider building into a 1075, something streetable, for my other bike. Then i could ride it everyday, and still have another z that hauls ass!!!! WHat do you guys think?

There have been numerous small tire (7" slick) bikes running into the 7's. Ryan Schnitz had one that was heavily breathed on with nitrous that ran low 7's.

I would say it's modeled after a Gpz900 or Zx10. I looked at Beasley and Airtech but their bodies aren't quite the same. Also, that big hole by where your right knee should be indicated that it probably was on a turbo bike at one point in time.

Beasley....
Gpz/ZX900(84-86)

ZX10(88-89)

ProMod Zx11

ZX11(91-92)

Airtech....
Gpz/ZX900(84-86)

ZX10(89-90)

looks like a decent frame with a decent motor you should be capable of running down into the 8 sec range with that set-up the body looks like an air tech zx-9 body. early model zx-9

GPZ 900. The body is a pre Beasley when the company was FRP,check out the rear fender. One of my all time fav Kawasaki's this bike was owned by Tony Mullen and won a lot of TG races before Schnitz got it and poured the nitrous to it.I think his best was a 7 teen something.

As far as 7" tires ,the current king is Dave Norris who has been running ProMod at AMA Drgabike with his small tire NO BAR Outlaw bike. He went 6:92 at Martin last July and I saw a 6:91 later in the season.

I'll keep my car tire, small tires do work and run big MPH but the tire bill would stagger a donkey.
