I wholeheartedly agree. In Japan, Moriwaki was the tuning company most readily identifed with Kawasaki.

Me too, throw in a left hand exit reverse cone Denco and a Carpenter CPM pipe and I'd have to find a cure for a permachubby.

Well, turning to Japanese speed shops:

DOREMI COLLECTION sells them for about $550-$610 or so depending on type

shop.doremi-co.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_35

There's an outfit called ZEUS which sells them for about $700, unfortunately their website is in some funky code that Windows cannot display.

ANNY's has 'em for $570-$620, depending on finish and style (straight or upswept). Once you open up the linked page, look to the right hand side. There is a column of yellow font kanjo stuff, click on either of the Z1/Z2 links (fourth and fifth from the top).

I'd say your best bet is PMC via Z1 Enterprises.
PMC's website has a cool handbent pipe offered for about $735.

There is some info in a thread called Header Pics from a while back. These are measurements that I took from my Yosh pipe at that time.

OK, something I forgot about...

The Baffle in these old Yosh exhaust... 1", 1.5", 2" openings... any ideas in diameter and lengths?

The 4 to 1 collector is the hardest part in the design so far.. Sure they're available but expensive for a extremely well made one.... The cheaper versions, I see possible exhaust leaks big time...

Presently have all the dimensions, picking up some 1.5" and 3" OD plastic piping for the first test build for bend & fit... Then will give it a try using mild steel...

Once all the bugs are out and the pipe is tested on a KZ for jetting (everyone's favorite) & performance then and only then possibly move onto 304 stainless...

Is it possible... we'll see....
