It's a 1987 ZL1000, only made them one year. The bike fits me real well and my wife likes it too! It does need some work but i am always up for fixing stuff. I would love to try bring it back to stock condition.
You guys don't give me too much of hard time that its not a KZ!

I would bet that a ride with the wife is more comfortable on this bike than the GPZ...

I like it. Water cooled detuned ninja powerplant, right?
Not really detuned but tuned for lower end power rather than high end power, this one however has had some work done to it. RS flat slide carbs, 4-1 and Possibly a big bore kit.

You got that right OMR, my KZ550 is just too small for two adults for any extended ride.

If anybody gives you a hard time about owning an Eliminator they don't know a whole lot about motorcycles - 110 Hp and all the torque you need, I'd love to own one, great score.
damn skippy!
i passed on one like a fool last year.
i also want a zr1100.
nice score for sure!
someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

One of the few cruisers I like.
Not sure if you'd even classify them as a cruiser.
