I can see where this might come in handy in pulling over young ladies (or old for that matter) just to see if they'll arch their backs for showing some cleavage to get out of a ticket.... :whistle:

i just walked over and got my morning cappucino and saw a tulsa(oklahoma)police officer patrolling on a police(kawasaki)1000.i guess they are not all on harley's yet.
