Build a part.... was created by kzz1p
If you were going to build, design or engineer a motorcycle part, what would it be and why?

I've started to dabble in composites and would like to start making some more parts for the bike. I already made a seat, next up is a front fender. Planning on making a tank down the road when my skills get a bit better.

Also, would like to pick up a welding. Would love to make my own exhaust and/or turbo header.

Now that would be some cool stuff! Small light weight valves at just the right angle. Would you use shims or rocker arms?

I'm doing alright with it. I've shipped them all over North America, and as far away as Europe, New Zealand, Australia and Japan.

Why would i be? Aluminum has been used for sprockets for a long time. 7075 aluminum is very strong.
