I have a table that looks similar to the Harbor Freight one. It is not perfect but it works great. It was 200 bucks at one of those traveling tool sales.
One drawback is that it is a two man job to get the bike up on it. If the bike is running and you try to drive up, it is so narrow that you have no place for your feet, plus someone needs to hold the bike up while you put some straps on it. I use a engine hoist to raise the bike, then roll the lift under the bike.

Here are some plans I have for a wood stand:
I can't seem to cut and paste this one very well, or save the image either- it says it is a jpeg, why can't I right click save? I am going to make one of these out of mostly metal (except the deck) and I need a better way to save the plans!

I put a small block chevy in a Nova with a Bobcat. Does that count?
