You're right. It seems like half of his auctions ended with him refunding the money. And the other half of the feedbacks mention some sort of problem with the transaction. I bet those positive feedbacks were only positive because the seller hadn't yet left a feedback on the purchaser. Plus he already used the medical-problem and fire excuses. What next?

Yep, loudhvx, I was thinking the exact same thing.
Maybe some floodwater "backup" from Katrina ?? Tornado in OK that "swideswiped" Indy ?? That guy sounds pretty ingenious with his excuses. It'll be interesting to see his next bunch, I'm sure.:laugh:
