A guy I know has carpeted his tank for his dog to sit on, and mounted a cup holder inside the fairing of his water buffalo to hold his beer. Yell his name out, hell hold up his beer to toast to you.
Something of a known culprit in the area. Nice guy all around.

All things within reasonI teach police sciences and I think (danger!) that all states view passengers who ride in front of the driver as an 'illegal passenger'.
True in Washington. 5 years old, properly helmetted and goggled and nobody in front of the driver (I'm pretty sure that goes for your dog, too)
