Great looking bike..Glad to hear of another old kz suprising folks at the strip...Recently had mine at the 1/8 since my rebuild..best time was 8.045 at 87.45..went thru the traps in 3rd...if i'd hit 4th pretty sure i could've turned 7's..practice..practice..practice..

You cut a great light and your 60ft is smokin'! But I really was chiming in to tell you how nice that 650 looks. Brilliante work on it, also! Love reading what you do with it. How old is your son? Mine just turned 1, which is cool...gives me time to finish some projects!

-1977 Kz650 Custom bought new by brother. Now with 810 kit, GPz750 cams, intake valves, Mikuni 29 smoothbores, velocity stacks, Dyna Igntion, MAC pipe and other goodies.

Came out of the hole at about 4 grand..slipping the clutch alot..after it hooked up i hammered it pretty good thru 3rd..shifting around 8500-9000...seems to have trouble keeping the front wheel planted though:woohoo:
