Hey Wangonmaster, what does your bike need? maybe some of could get together and lend a hand? I am usualy free on weekends, long as the wifey is busy;)

Funny that you should mention that.
Wagonmaster and I were talking on the phone just yesterday about getting together sometime soon for a B-B-Q or something similar seeing as how we're so close.
He's got a vision of what he wants his bike to be and enough knowledge to get it done, but not sure if he'd be able to have it all finished in time for the late April ride that's planned.

Maybe we could do something akin to the "pimp my ride" or "biker build off" shows - a bunch of us local KZriders show up with tools in hand for a weekend wrenching session?

Yeah, most women don't understand the value and potential of our "junk". They can't seem to visualize what it will look like when it is finished.

I'm really lucky in that aspect, Rose is very into her bike and bikes in general and supports/shares in my "addiction" whole-heartedly.
She's even said that once she figures out exactely what year and model she wants, she'd like to get a project KZ and tool box/tools of her own too!
She's the type that isn't afraid of breaking a nail or getting all greasy, but sure cleans up nice for a night out on the town! ;) B)

Bring your wife/GF to breakfast!
Annette won't ride pillion on the 900, but I'm working on the Voyager so she can ride along. The Voyager won't be ready on Apr 7, but should be later on. The more the merrier. Just like a CLUB!;)
