I'm trying to get finished up on my "83 KZ1100 LTD and wanted another project. I was looking at building a T-bucket but your little hot rod looks like MUCH more fun.
Thanks,
Tony T

LOL!I would say those are bicycle pedals fer sure. To get this thread de-railed again, I want to know about what looks to be a sand blasting cabinet made from an old fridge- Sweet!
By George, I think you're right! But, hey, first let him tell me the specifics of the pegs, THEN he can tell you about wasting a perfectly good beer-storage facility!

LOL! Actually, I was wondering if he had fabbed them to be
Or, are you hung up on that "Thou shalt not steal"?
1. spring loaded so they would be inclined to stay level fore and aft (so the feet don't haVE to fumble to get on flat)
and
2. spring loaded so that they can fold up towards the bike, just in case the bike goes down.
Not that I would HAVE to steal them, BIcycles have a habit of collecting in my junk pile. But, if that's the initiation into the club...

Ok they are bicycle pegs I just cut the end off the stock pegs and cut the end of the bicycle peg down to fit and welded it there. yes they do fold up. That beer fridge is a sand blasting cabinet it works good I use it a lot.Nevco48 wrote:
