wooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!Thanks guys, I am getting exited about getting it together. I just had to put some things together and see it. It looks like after I make some spacers for the front rotors the big brakes well work on the 18 inch wheel. I also still have to make some new axle nuts to fit it to the ZX forks. I may get it going with my old back wheel as it's already polished. When I polish the wider police rear I put a bigger rear tire out back. Sorry about the bad lighting.

Will you be able to save the top end?
That's quite a bit of damage to the cases.
Yes just a small cracked fin on the head that can be welded real easy.
