Yes engine builder did great refinishing the block and shit
Going to get the Kawasaki case cover chromed I think or replace with chrome one.
Hopefully it runs as good as it looks....roughly $9k into the engine itself!

Exhaust looks so mean but makes using stock rear brake lever impossible

You may want to speak to Les Holt at PDM ( Vendor listed at bottom of page )
He has made custom rearsets for a lot of us here at KZR

Holy hell, think you got enough front brake? You can do Marquez stoppies with one finger!

Those rear shocks are out of step with the rest. Easy for me to say of course (spending your money.) Great project!

Brakes are standard 94-96 zx9r. Can never have too much brake, haha.
The shocks were tough as I didn’t want to get too spendy and needed some chrome. They also bolted right on which was a big plus using the Suzuki swingarm.

this thing is turning out awesome.
my two nitpicks are the headlight sticking so far out front,it looks a lil dis-engaged to me.(purely my opinion)
and the plastic covers on the shocks.
you can compress the spring and pull the black covers off the shocks and let the whole chrome spring shine!

i have the same rear shocks (except black)but removed the plastic covers.

can't wait for the ride video!

Thanks for the comments
The headlight isn’t fully mounted yet but it does stick out a bit further than I’d like but I can adjust it after everything else is in place. The covers on these shocks are actually metal and painted black. Might see what they look like removed.
