Hi Scirocco,
We're hopeless tool junkies. Where did you find that bearing puller?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHello slmjim & Z1BEBE

This bearing puller is out of a real big set in my company metalworking shop.
I can borrow it for private use.

You can buy it on ebay

with the force of elbow grease, the swing arm get some little polish,(some groves and dots are left but i will do it later).
I hate polishing things because this is one of the few skills i have to learn.
Any advise in polishing aluminum parts are welcome

your bike is really awesome.
the lightweight front end, wheels and swinger really transform these old bikes.
nothing like adding lightness, better handling and stopping to widen the smile

Hello again. I am back to my project bike after 3 month and doing a lot of maintenance on my friends bikes.
I have a slow but step by step progress.
What have i done so far as:
Clean up the electric wiring
Wired George mod, gives you a strong spark, a must have for this old bikes
Rear end with Honda PC37 LED taillight and break light
LED license plate light

Things i have to do for street legal use in Germany
modern speedo and tach, i am undecided what i take, (single or twin instruments) , away suggestions ?
New fork and dust seals (leaking, damn)
Front caliper cleaning with new dust and piston seals
Steering stop adjustment
New or modified head lamp holder
Silencing my good old loud Marving Race pipe.

Some pictures of my progress,

Let´s move it with ABBA stand

My Akront wheels goes ZX-9R
