Hi! Yes it is, from the beginning my plan was to manufacture my own chainguard but I think it tuned out nice with the original one so why bother :P

I took mine off when I got it. It was damaged and ugly anyway. I've been thinking of finding something. It looks cool without one but I don't like the mess. Seeing yours with the stock one doesn't look too bad. The day I made that post I went to buy some parts for my bike and he had the chain guard so that's pretty serendipitous.

Enjoyed this build a lot, well done. The bike looks cool
First Permanent ride the Z1R since Dec1977 (220,000km) as of June 2015
Second permanent bike 1989 FJ1200 dyno'd 140RWH, great bike.
Third ride is now the Frankenstein 1981 GPZ1100B1, getting new/ refurbished 83-84 motor soon
Forth my work bike FJ1200 1989 (same type as above)

Beautiful build! I might have missed it but is that front fender a custom build or did you buy it? I just have a hacked down stock one and that's a great look.
