Do you mind sharing any information about the seat in this photo? How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? Either you're really large or the seat is perfectly sized. I ask this because my stock (?) seat is HUGE with me on it!!! Of course, I'm only 5'9", 150 lbs. (175 cm, 68 kg.) This is what I was hoping to achieve with my kz400.

Im 177cm, the bike looks pretty small in this pic.
I guess the PO had the seat made for the bike, i cant remember if i threw the seat away or not, can look in the basement tomorrow.

Back end on today
Just waiting on dust seal for the triple tree, and new wheel bearings so the tires can be put on and balanced.
Hope to have it rolling soon, motor is ready in two weeks
