Thanks for the review of the Contis. I have a set for my B4 project. I too like the idea of clasic looks and modern suspension. I'm using a set of 41mm cartridge forks, zeypher 750 swingarm, zrx shocks and spoke wheels.

Excellent job man! I only wish mine was in that kind of shape when I got it. It was an emerald green B2 when new also. Mine sat in a pasture for about 15 years or so and was in really rough shape. Been whittling away at it but low on funds so no real progress except for getting it roadworthy and legal.

Thank you all again! I am humbled. AND, amazed at the memories and responses these old KZ evoke. They are certainly something special for the likes of us.

Hey Kenny, I get to Indiana quite a bit. Not sure where in IN your 10-20 is. If there is anything I can do to help you with your project, just let me know. I have some parts you may be able to use. PM me if you have an interest.

Quite honestly my favorite bike and color of all time. I currently have one under restoration and I just finished a red one. Yours sir is a gem. Big time kudos on keeping the original flavor. Great job!

Take it from me cuz I found
If you leave it then somebody else is bound,
To find that treasure, that moment of pleasure,
When yours, it could have been.

Sometimes saying my God that's beautiful just isn't enough ...... and this is sometime.

"Can't afford it right now" but I wonder if your painter would ever mix up another quart of this... he looks to have it right on the money.

Had to tell you, The 1974 F7 175 was my first dirt bike too but I traded it in for a 250 the next year.

Looks fantastic Forrest! Absolutely love the color.

Just wondering what did you do to solve your electrical issue after the Indianapolis ride? Looks like you got busy finishing the bike after that.

I can inquire or if you want to contact him directly just let me know via PM. He is good at his craft. I saw some of his other work on some custom HD bikes at the same show. I believe one of them won the Custom category. Thanks for the compliment. The paint for a quart or so may be a buck or two.

Hey Joe, These pics except the bike show pic were taken just prior to the Rolling Concours at the Indy Moto GP.. The electrical issue turned out to be a very deceptive battery with a dead cell. :pinch: Prolly could have bump started my way around the Cycle World event. New battery and now no problems. Thanks for noticing and glad you like the way it turned out.

Thank you Peter. B) I do love the looks of your Cafe version a lot. B) As you know this bike of mine was a survivor and I just couldn't bring myself to mod it. I felt obligated to bring it back to stock trim. AND, Thank YOU for your grab handles contribution. They polished up very well. I removed the KG luggage rack you saw on it during my leg of the Relay Ride and added the grab handles as the finishing touch to the stock appearance.
