Hey whats up guys, so I've been browsing these forums for quite some time now and figured its only fair if I post my build here seeing as all the other posts have been helping me out soo much. I recently picked up a 1981 KZ650 CSR for about $650. I'm in the process of turning it into a custom Bobber/Chopper. Seeing as I am only 20, and this is my first bike ever, its definitely a budget build. I plan on keeping the swing arm intact and just immobilizing it to help save some money. Anyways here it is, please tell me if anything looks crappy, I will not be offended I need all the help I can get. Thanks Enjoy.

Just re-did the seat mounts. I botched them the other day, so I had to fix it. I think they look ALOT better now, plus its alot more comfortable now too

Cut and mounted the rear fender today, also welded in the battery box. Put some bondo on the tank, it should just be ready for paint after some final touches.

Hey thanks man, and that's what I get for trying to build this thing cheap. Maybe down the road I'll splurge for a true hard tail kit, but for now I have to work with what I've got. Had to keep the swinger intact and use some scrap metal to secure it, but your right, it would look a lot better stretched a bit. Thanks for the input though, I appreciate it.
