Thanks for the kind words gentlemen.

The paint scheme is what you see, need to sand more on the tank for a mirror finish. The side plates will also be bare metal sanded to a mirror finish.

TurboKing:

The rises are from SUZUKI OEM C50 C50T VL800, they are for 1" inch bars, I used shims with 7/8 bars.

Going to leave tailsection green at this point. Will have some old school pinstriping using green and gold on the tank and a green/gold number on the metal side plates.

Something similar to the striping on the tank.

Wiring harness built with a power strip, two relays, and two fuse blocks. Installed Rick's regulator & stator for the charging system. Installed Dyna S ignition & coils, the coils mount under the seat pan and will be enclosed inside battery area.

Started bike this weekend to hear exhaust, can not wait to get out riding. D&G Chassis is building a 1/2 offest sprocket and the seat should be done this week :woohoo:

Cocktail shakers are very loud, which I like. Really just a straight pipe with a small mess baffle at the end, cosmetic only so you can say you have a baffle. Hope the bike runs well through the full throttle range, only time will tell.

Out riding the past couple of days, the bike is running great. Thanks for all that have helped and all of the priceless information from the KZ Rider forum.

Still need to sand more on tank and number plates, but that can wait until the snow flies again :woohoo:

Leon,

No front fender, less is more. If the tailsection were bare metal that would be to pretty/nice

May change the paint on tailsection and pinstrip next year. Thanks for the kind words.

Hollywooddmx,

I used a R1 steering stabilizer mount that bolts onto the frame for the standoff. The steering stabilizer is a GSXR. What area of the exhaust do you want to see? I believe the headers are stock, they have a cross over pipe under the engine behind the oil filter.
