I'm getting there

Awsome to see things are moving along The quiet house takes a while I bought a rottweiler to keep me company when I was alone . She was my companion for a while made me get up when i didnt want to, to let her out had to be home to feed her etc..

Spring will be here before you know it and many hours on the bike will keep you busy thats for sure

I haven't even brought the bike here yet. I got the Tracy body here. The bike is a 1979 KZ1000 LTD with a Early Ninja suspension. I test rode the Mono set up years ago but have never completly finished the bike.

Should be like a new bike when it is finished. Roy

I just wanted to start the old damaged engine in the frame since it is all wired up.

The old bike is slowly fading away. Corbin seat,chain and sprockets have gone to members here. The extended swingarm sold today on eBay.

I need to sell the lowered forks after the engine is fired.

The Tracy body is going to be modified by a friend of mine that is good with glass.

I will have a low riding street fighter. A very tame street fighter.

The blasted Kerker is trash and am going to have to do with a Mac.

My back is trash also. It is tough to think I will never be off pain meds.

I'm Glad you are making the transition with so many helpful hands at your disposal. You should get you a set of Silk or high thread count sheets. A good nights rest makes me feel like a toddler again. Take care and God be with you.

Tame is dependable lol I want to go radical but I got a buddy that has a kitted up radical bike and lets say he puts it through his paces and it seems like he is always adjusting something or breaking parts I enjoy working on my bike as a hobby not as a requirement to ride it.

Sorry to hear about being on the pain meds they suck for sure.

my daughter is grown so it made it easy for me the last time. lol but Walmart was my home away from home for a while can of never dull loaf of bread and some pillow cases and hell I still eat 50% of my meals off the george forman

my dad had a one piece f/g body on an old cb750/4 he had back in the early seventies,it was cool.

I know the Kerker's are the gold standard, but those black 4-1 Mac's have a nice look for these bikes. That's what I'll be running on my race bike (mostly due to cash flow). They do sell a competition/race baffle for them too, if you want to be obnoxious.
