Probably none except for cost. i can make this myself for less than $100 and it will be fun to do it.

    Yes, I actually just purchased a U-bend from them for the new mid-pipe. Their quality is OK but they are like half the price of Burns Stainless

    So are you goin to keep the system and make a silencer for it? if so im interested in this as i have a MotoGpwerks and i thought it was me just getting older that it sounded too loud.
    I love my motogpwerks pipe. It did take some fettling to get it to fit how I wanted, but I wanted a period Yosh, and, well, they just aren't available for less than a first born AND a knee-high stack of $20s. It has a different kind of bark than a V&H or Kerker. I do ride with hearing protection, and the dump IS behind me

    I wanted to change to the muffler like you have, what is currently on the bike is basically an open pipe. There is a 1/4" of baffle that is 6"deep.

    BTW love that GS of yours.
