Custom chromoly kick lever for extra clearance. I also machined some bits to accept a Tarozzi rubber to match the foot-pegs. Needs final polish before going to plating

Another cool detail. This build has a lot of custom details that the average enthusiast may never notice, yet all together they create a look that is unique even though most folks will not be able to put their finger on exactly why it is different. Mad attention to detail is one of the things I like most about the bikes from MV Augusta and Sanctuary, and about this build.

Being that Im in Canada ,eh! ; ) we dont see many custom bikes up here(compared to the states anyways) and just going through a couple build threads on this board have really been something else.The attention to detail and commitment to a lengthy project is very inspiring ,thanks for sharing this build,This bike is second to none imo ,Great stuff

Finally got out on this thing for a spirited ride. did about 100 miles of twisty roads. I am blown away by how good the brake setup is on this, very progressive with great "feel"

I have been invited to show this bike at The 1 Moto Show in Portland Oregon. So I decided to finish some upgrades I wanted to do from the beginning but shelved the ideas to get this bike on the road. School is finished for the semester so I have no access to the shop, but the show is in 5 weeks so I needed to make progress. Luckily I have cool friends with badass shops that are willing to let me use their tools to get this done. I have been working on a custom 1.5" over chromoly swingarm that is nearly finished. I machined the adjusters and pivot from scratch. Its a little a-symmetrical to deal with chain run, its not perfect but its a good first effort. My buddy recently bought a giant mill table (10'x4') and had it precision ground flat, which is what I used to setup the swing-arm layout on. I also am doing a custom rear brake setup, to ditch the heavy stock parts. I found a rear rotor off a '98 ZX6R and machined a carrier to adapt it to the rear wheel. I'm going to use a tiny Grimeca rear caliper to match the front calipers.

With all this fine work I don't see how you couldn't win. GOOD LUCK

Show off:P Hahahaha! Totally kidding. Bike looks phenom! As everyone else mentioned, any other person not familiar with KZ's wouldn't be able to tell what's upgraded and what's adapted. Like the rear rotor hat. Wish I had a CNC? I know what you mean with the wiring! Loudhvx was kind enough to draw me out a diagram, I was still lost even with a labeled map in front of my face! Lol.. You've got the same problem Ive got (except yours seems figured out) with the foot peg being in the way of the kicker. Something I still need to address. Does your rear brake lever roll backwards so the kicker doesn't slam on it's peg? Check out the dirt bike levers, they have some that the peg folds back.
