That stem looks good, too bad it'll be buried in the neck of that frame.

I do have one observation. The neck stack height on your KZ is likely quite a bit taller than that of the zx-9 and it looks like that is chewing up quite a bit of your available suspension travel. If you don't use some kind of gullwing upper clamp, then you might think about getting some stiffer springs or at least adjusting the pre-load to max stiff on that fork. I could see those fork lowers kissing the lower clamp in a hard braking situation. Looks like you only have about 3" of travel there. Just something to watch out for. Keep those pictures coming.

yeah was thinking about that my self might have a inch machined of the stem and upper tree to give me almost 4 inches never thought id be happy to have four inches

just had the stem shortend by a 1/2 inch now i got 4 1/4 inches of travel

cut my swing arm in half and opened it 3/8 of an inch and heated the tubes and beat in to clear the tire any comments helpful

I'm not into some of these builds, but you're bike looks nice. Those wheels looks great on there! I would still be concerned with the front forks though. Can you get longer tubes?
