Best advise was from Tec9. Get a manual. It's all in there. We can give you tips and tricks.
Take it from me cuz I found
If you leave it then somebody else is bound,
To find that treasure, that moment of pleasure,
When yours, it could have been.

*General statement
true, but I'm broke and just trying to get started before I can get one. Sorry I thought that's what forums were for. If you don't want to help. Don't reply, that's the best advice I can give. Yep, I'm new here. And YES I know I need a manual. Just trying not to screw up anything in the mean time. If you don't want to help. Cool with me. I'm justr trying to learn. Mostly people that are on forums that i've belonged to in the past has been helpful. Didn't mean to bother any one. My bad.
If anyone just likes sharing info...
Ok wrong forum but seems like you know what you're talking about. the rear fender has to go, where do I get the non-gay rear fender? the strait one back what is that from. And btw, so where is the air filter and why wouldn't I want to K&N or something similar? btw, carbs are coming off and getting rebuilt....something isn't right. I just noticed the last time this thing was titled was '88. yeah, not even an option not to rebuild now.

Nice. Seems like you were getting quite a bit of advice. I didn't see anyone say you were bothering them. Advising you to get a manual does not seem like a kiss off to me. Those other forums must be nice.

The air filter fits inside the airbox.
K&N air filter is available to replace the stock pleated paper air filter.
