as long as ur going this far changing tank mounts should nt be a problem. I would also consider a longer swingarm to lengthen the bike slightly
show me some pics of a couple bikes you built? maybe I can see how you yourself fixed a similar issue with mad fab skills? like i said, could use the help..

I had to move motor to right side to make chain line up straight, leaving motor off center about 1/2 inch, and have to extend footpegs out more, and build new brake lever. Also need bigger battery, 200 battery does not have enough ass to turn 750 over very much.
Input welcome.. especialy considering I never done anything quite like this before...

Poor bike. You should have just looked into a 500cc bike.
Besides all the other issues mentioned (and ones you haven't come across yet), you most likely have mismatched sprockets.
GD, no wonder it's so hard finding a good, running bike.

oh yeah, sprockets are most definatly mis-matched! i am havining new ones made by sidewinder racing. stock 17 tooth up front, and a 38 in back, 540 size.
the wheel base is already going to be 18'' longer by moving the yoke foreward, and the raking it. I chose not to mess with the ass end if i could help it, save to put on wider rubber and and a 540 chain and sprocket to match the motor.
If i chose to lengthen swing arm later, what would it do? is it to look nice or smooth out the ride some more?
I could see how it would smooth the ride some by getting the axle out from directly underneath my seat..

u need to research rake and trail, if ur moving forward u need to move back as well, there's a formula, i dont remember what it is,
people are gonna tell u what u should do, DO WHAT U WANNA
I saw a guy put a V 8 in 65 Renault, it actually ran. spun tires like mutha :woohoo: :woohoo:

So you're going to use the 200cc rear hub? That's pretty nuts since it's basically a glorified moped chassis.
