Thank you for your compliments

I actually used USE clip ons, a company from the UK that makes incredible parts. The controls/switchgears are NOS 2006 Yamaha R6, motion Pro Revolver throttle, Brake master and lever are NOS 2004 Ducati Monster/Brembo. Hoping to replace the stock analog gauges this year with a digital dash.
Hope this helps a bit

Hey there! I just picked up a 1997 Kz1000p that im slowly gonna turn into a cafe racer as well and I love your build man! Question! How did you eliminate the floor boards and do the rear sets? Clubman Bars and rear sets are a first on my list as far as modding mine goes.

Re: 93' KZ1000 Police cafe' project
28 Mar 2017 20:11Thank you for the kind words! As far as the floorboards go, I did a lot of work with and angle grinder and cut off wheels. I de tabbed most of the frame, and then a lot of time and finess with a 3" pneumatic angle sander. The second page of this thread shows the location i put my rearset mounting brackets. I designed the brackets, then had a buddy cut them out with a water jet. The rearset itself i also designed specific to the exact location i wanted to put my feet, the had another buddy CNC them out of 1/2" 6061 aluminium. The footpegs and shift/ brake arms are Joker Machine universal bits.Snachez wrote: Hey there! 28 Mar 2017 20:29Pretty much anything you want to do to the police model will be custom, there really isn't anything that just bolts on, except for motor bits.Snachez wrote: Damn sounds like a ton of work haha I want to just buy rear sets but I don't know where to even get a set from
