i sell forklift parts by day and do custom machine and fab work at my home shop.

i have kwik-way boring bars,sunnen hones,mitutoyo,mics and bore guages,sioux and kwik-way valve grinding equipment,c&c specialties porting equipment.
i can bore and hone anything from 50cc singles up to 727cc singles and everything in between.
i have a big lathe,little mill,welding equipment for mig,tig,stick,hot saws,cold saws,band saws,tubing bender.
i like to help folks keep these old bikes on the road. :)

here is my z1r that i custom built the swingarm and slid a yamaha r1 wheel under.it is the project that i am going to stick the gsxr frontend like yours under with a r1 front wheel to match the rear.

hehe, and only getting crueler by each mod  !

i am thinking that gold and black front end with the matching front black wheel and some big gold rotors to match the gold caliper's will only help

Oh I know, I agreed to build a gazebo in my back yard by the lake this summer to have our wedding in or I wouldn't be getting the garage time I'm getting now. I wish there were more kz people closer to me but it prolly wouldn't be a good thing in the end. I spend a lot of free time out there as it is:laugh: I also have engine building tools but not for bigger stuff, can bore up to 3-1/8, flow up to 80 cfm, and dyno up to 50 h.p.. Haven't used that stuff since the boys started chasing girls and quit karting.
Maybe we'll cross paths on the road somedayB)

I can see it now:2 black z1rs on an open stretch of highway 66 in lets say .... nebraska!
anyway the 2 zirs are feeling pretty good about themselves when suddenly out of nowhere goes a blue flash of dust covered z1 on its way to the track! that damn plummen/lectrician!
