I couldn't help myself. This poor kz was sitting at least 4 years before I got it. My plan is to get it running well so friends can use it when I want to go riding.

Yes, I had to pick it up in Brooklyn. Took me an 1 1/2 hrs one way but was worth it. After some detailing here it is now:

Stole it for $350. Came with new pod filters, 8 NGK plugs, cover, chain & lock & detail spray. Under the tank look like new Accel coils & wires & Koni shocks look mint too.

I cleaned the carbs.....someone put 140 mains in it!? I put 120's and tried starting it. Back fired like crazy......turns out the wires to the coils were switched. Fixed that and it fired right up. YEAH!

Did you wear a mask when you stole it..lol Maybe the crossed wires is why you got it cheap . good deal anyway you look at it.

Yeah, had a mask and the 9mm. LOL

I think I'll keep it pretty much the same but but detail the hell out of it. The rear/front fenders, fork ears are shot but straight. Was thinking of painting them black??
