progress has come to a halt.
me and my wife are splitting up.
no more garage for me, back to an apartment, I put the bike in a storage unit.
hopefully when I get moved I will have enough room in the storage to continue my project, but there is no power there, thinking about a small generator.
it is all good on the split, we still get along, better this way, rather than waiting until we hate each others guts.
will update when I start working on the bike again.
BTW the bike was about 80 -90% finished, mainly wiring, rear wheel spacers and offset sprocket.

my own way of thinking, not to be confused with logic. LOL

Good luck, hope all works out. I think a small generator will work.

I have started working on the KZ project again... the money thing has finally settled down..chain and offset sprocket arrived today.. WOOT
still need to have my rear spacers cut down. any of you guys with an idle lathe, I will pay for the work... PM me..
excited to work some more on my bike... sold my FJR to cope with the downturn... no bike for the last two months..that really sucks.. would really like to get my KZ done in the next couple months... hopefully it will be complete by spring, this was the last of the big price tag parts, now it is just nickel and dime type shit... and wiring..and spacers...
oh yeah, I forgot it still needs to be tuned with the pods...
more updates to follow

Glad to hear your back at it. Nothing like wrenching and riding for some therapy. Still love the bike. I ended up selling my other set of block off plates I will let you know how to get ahold of who i bought them from. They are reasonably priced less than the Ape ones that wont fit anyhow. Hes got ones that say KZ on them for your bike. I will get back to you. once again keep up the good work.
