update on my 650 chopper was created by Kingcobra
got my new rear wheel and 180 tire in! made my own offset front sprocket :) next the front end gets raked and goosenecked for my 6 over springer fork! pics of that soon.

new wheel.

looks good,now if i could just find a wheel like that laced up to a talon hub we would both be happy campers!B) i dont think the harley hub would be up to the challenge that i would put it through!:laugh:

the sprocket is chromed steel... no cush drive and a billet aluminum hub w a 3/4" axle... it will take a good bit of punishment if needed :) they also make these wheels for a 1" axle too if you need bigger.

put the rigid rear end on do you a have a jig to keep it lined up. i made your bike my wallpaper on my computer hope you dont mind. super nice

i thought it was a stock harley hub,im thinking somewhere in the neighborhood of well over 200hp at rear wheel with a 190 shootout tireB)

I made a jig when I did the hard tail. have a new 6 over springer front end on the way to me... then the front of the frame gets goosenecked, a harley necktube and a 6 inch backbone stretch. pics soon.

Looks really nice man, I am however confused on the suicide shift, Hows that one work with the clutch up on the bars?
