I finally got around to painting the rest of the bodywork yesterday.Here is a coulple of pics!

I used my sata mini-jet for this.Its good for touch up and for smaller stuff like this.Color is a " Black Cherry Pearl" From a early 90's chrysler.Thanks udder!

Looks awesome! I have a Dodge Dakota that is almost the same color. In 2003 it was officially called "dark Garnet Red", but it's more maroon than anything.

Do you have pin stripes planned? Gold would look great!

79MKII-Thanks,Yeh I want to do something not sure what but I know a great pin striper that we use at the shop.I may just let him shoot me some ideas.I was thinking about something that mimicks the oe striping but then again nothing else on the bike is stock except the motor.But its definetly gonna need something to set it off!!

Looks sweet!! Love the colour and looks like you laid down a smooth paint job. Did you wet sand it at all? Is there a clear coat on there too?

Herr-Yeh there is two coats of clear and I will be wet sanding and buffing them yet.I got a couple of pieces of dust in em' but that inevitable!But thanks for the compliment.Now all I have to do is install my new ignition and coils and tune in the carbs.Then I will install the new bodywork and ill post some more pics!
