Thats is great advice thanks alot...I am looking for bikes that have dual shocks i the rear, but like you said they are getting more and more rare...

the rear fender on the red one is the same as on your bike.

When I was playing with my 77 650 I found that a GPZ550 mono-shock swing arm bolts right on a 650. I'm using a 84 GPZ750 mono swing arm, If you can find some 550 pivot bearing sleeves like me then using them in the 750 arm it bolts on. The ZX7 front goes on pretty easy too. You need yo press out the XZ stem and cut a piece off the end of it then cut and press out the 650 stem. You can then press the 650 stem into the piece of ZX stem then press it back into the XZ triple.

looks like zrx front forks?nice bike.
