Here are a couple aftermarket ones...
www.airtech-streamlining.com/kawiz/ZX7R1993-95.htm (toward the bottom)
www.beasleycomposites.com/racebike_kawasaki.htm
(about middle of page)
www.sharkskinz.com/kawasakizx7r.htm
They're probably more $ than you want to spend, but you don't have to worry about scratches or cracks.

Im in the same boat, looking for one from a 95:(
I have one, but its broken, and a small piece is missing.... I might have to melt/patch/bondo it....
I may regret this if you are an avid ebay hunter, but the fenders from the following bikes are the same. zx7 93, 94, 95 zx7r 93, 94

thanks for the links, those are cheaper than nos kawasaki fenders at $150.00, they want 80.00 for the aftermarket ones, thats not too bad.

I actually just remembered I have a '94 Zx7 fender, but its cracked and has a few peices missing. If you want I can get a pick, if not I'll just throw it away.

yeah, its prety fun. that stupid header dont seal up very good, its a spring mounted quick release pipe, the exaust leak hiss drives me nuts, might have to get a bolt on pipe just like it to keep my sanity, i tryed to find info on that to see if anyone else had the same problem, but I couldnt find anything:angry:

i realy like your set up! long and low the way kz's are ment to be. i have the same pro comp pipe, wish mine would mount up. i dont have enough rake with the front end i am running. i only got about 1/16 inch clearance between the fender and the header .
was wondering how much maching work went into the front end. i have a 05 zzr-1200 front end on my kz streetfighter and it took some work....swap stems, had some bushings made and some bearings and i was set. i am just curious because i will be starting on my mkii this year slowly but surely. just got it as a rolling chassis as of yesterday using my old stock parts from my streetfighter.
let us know what kind of times you out down when you get it to the track.
