Yes I’m surprised how good the seat is!

I was wondering if the mirrors were original, or just a period correct look to them…

Top mirror is an NOS 1981 GPz1100 and bottom mirror is NOS 1982 GPz1100, and is what most early model GPz1100 owners end up using.

You are correct...your mirrors are aftermarket (but they do closely resemble OEM). My OEM 1981 mirrors have "Kawasaki" molded into the back of the mirrors.
