New member here, looked around here a few years ago while my bike sit idle. I joined today cus I may need some advise in the future.

I own a 1976 KZ 900 LTD I bought @ 19 years old in 1977, I'm 64 years old now and need to do some work to the old girl so I'll have a few questions soon..........Thanks for having me!

What part of IN?  There's a couple of guys we know in the Louisville, KY / Clarksville, IN area that were very active in dealer mechanics and high-performance mods during the Z1 / KZ1000 era.

You're one-owner KZ900 LTD looks great!  That it's one-owner is increasingly rare.   It's quite a collectable these days & any air-cooled 903cc Z-bike is skyrocketing in value.  Agreed value insurance with a specialty company such as Hagerty highly recommended.

slmjim I sent you a pm also my LTD isn't quite a one owner but almost, it was repoed from the first owner after six months it had 2900 miles when I bought in the spring of 1977 from the dealer that sold it new. I have rode it hard in my younger years as you can see from the pic below.
