Good on ya, Danwyke! That's a lot of work and discipline to follow through on a project that long. And you made something from scratch that you can be proud of. Don't worry about the ribbing. Taking another GPZ off the road just makes these guys' bikes that much more rare and valuable.

It's just good to see creativity and ingenuity alive and well in this world...and I think anyone here can be proud to know that the heart and muscle of that creative endeavor is brought to you by the fine folks at Kawasaki! B)

Welcome aboard!

Welcome aboard Dan! Checked out your build thread last night. Pretty awesome build. In reality, the people here should take note; you didn't chop anything up on the Gpz and everything, including frame looks to be useable and original for someone else to use on their restoration. No hate man, only love :P Loved the videos too! Sitting so low in traffic can be a bit of liability when it comes to visibility by others, maybe some kind of flag would help. Would love to see you take that out on a road racing track to see what it can do.

Bummer HELL! If you were to put a ligitiment price tag on that they would yell at ya for it. You do what you want with it. I just parted out a silver 84 GPZ, nobody, I mean NOBODY wanted it so to be fiscal and responsible, I did what was best.
You are on the edge of an engineer and mad scientest! Love it!
More power to ya for being a creative individual who follows thru!

Thanks everyone for the welcomes and positive comments about my trike. Just pulled the engine out today to start my adventure replacing the base gasket and clutch....

Nothing stays the same. At 18 I was all arms and legs. Now I got a belly too. Your bike the only one that has to love her is you but I think you got a lot of company.
Take it from me cuz I found
If you leave it then somebody else is bound,
To find that treasure, that moment of pleasure,
When yours, it could have been.

Hey, welcome aboard, a reverse trike, wow. Two seater? That's creative I tell ya. keep up the good work. By the way, it would have been a dud if you used a Suzuki powerplant. Have fun, keep her rolling on. Best wishes.
