Nice bike there! Wish I could find a beauty like that!
the Fuel Injection system is actually pretty simple, not very many parts to go wrong. But saying that it is not like modern systems with all of the codes to send you nearly directly to the issue. So the old way of testing every componnet is the way to get it right.
The basic problems would be the Throttle Switch, Air leaks, plugged Injectors, low fuel pressure, or a malfunctioning fuel regulator. We found a easy to source replacement for the Throttle Switch, See new_oldkz1000, he has the same bike. he got his straightened out and he last said it was fantastic. I posted a lot of info to help him along, so there is also a Factory Manual in my signature. It will have testing and specs for your Fuel System.
There are several members here who either have the same bike or a lot of experience with the model. me I'm really a Car guy, but have spent like 30 years with the fuel injection, your Jetronic was first around in the early 70's. Alot of Vehicles used the system, but with of course slight mods.
Don't fret you will get it, that bike looks in very good condition. You will probably need to disassemble and clean the fuel system, sending the injectors out for service would be highly recommended, at least by me.

did you see the fuel pump tear down , there is a micro screen that has been in the inlet since 1979 there are no references to it being inthere and apparently no replacements let me know if this is of interest to you

A little know fact is the individual injectors have screens, usually in the fuel injector body. One of more may have crud there. Also check the fuel lines. Anything before the pump is low pressure, after the pump, you'll need fuel lines rated to 35-40 PSI.
