New guy from Holland
29 Sep 2010 03:28
Hi there,
I thought I just might have a look at this great site! I'm Matthijs and live in the Netherlands
I have a GPZ900R streetfighter wich is nearly finished.
Nice and pinky right? The final colour will be bright purple!
My next project will be a replica of this spondon Z1r racer
But with a turbocharged KZ1100i '81 engine. Gonna convert it to carbs too. Front forks will be oldskool RSU. Don't know about any other engine upgrades yet. Will keep you posted when it kicks off!
Cheers
Matthijs

Search here is a bit of a pain, but rumor has it the site will under go a upgrade.
I use Google, with KZrider in the search context. That a lot of the times will take you to a thread that's relevant.

That must be the toughest looking pink bike I have ever seen. Nice work! I like the way the that the new forks improve the look of the GPZ. Is this going to be a street legal bike? Can you get a headlight behind that grill in the front fairing? Keep us posted.

Thanks mate, it's definitely will be street legal. Only need to figure out where (and if I) the signallight and mirrors need to be. No problem with the headlight
Here's THE exemple of my gpz build, lovely japanese race bike!

Yeah, that will do. Now your bike is the second toughest pink bike I have seen. That race bike is NICE! I want a GPZ now. Who makes the body set that you are using?
