No it's not my only ride. I appreciate your help. I'll just order a set, I think the rear may end up at 34 inches yikes.
I have fooled with that rotor but have decided to scrap it.

Gearing update............
I bought one of those new "Super bike" front brake line kits from Galfer. It's the two line kit for running lines straight from the master cylinder , to the calipers. It's for an 07' Yamaha R1. The longer of the two lines is 30 inches. I used it on the rear. It turned out o.k. even without a 90' bend for the master cylinder.I put a hold down on it on the back of the swingarm tube.(you can't see it)
So now I have rear brakes and put the old rotor and pads on and went for a ride. I still don't have front brakes just yet.
Any way the gearing is rather low. I was in 5th gear putting around in the 'hood. Maybe I could do some side work as a stump puller.:P I goosed it once and spun the
ecentric adjuster on the left side. Too much torque and a heavy bike zipping across a freshly paved street.:P I will have to find the proper torque for the clamping bolts.
The gearing is 17/45 with a 530 chain.
Vortex offers a 41. Jt has a 42. I will try the aluminum Vortex 41 tooth and if that is not "high" enough I will put an 18 or 19 on the front. I have a feeling that I will have to change the front anyway.

On a 630 1 tooth at the front = about 2.5 teeth at the back. u may want to find out what speed it cruises at on the highway before u order a sprocket. u can do some math, or look it up on a chart, to find how many teeth to change, to get where u want.

I will have to calibrate my Vapor and see what my speed is. there is a screen I have to toggle to and input a value after I use an equasion they have given me in my manual.

What part of the cush drive did you machine, the sprocket face or the inside where the rubbers are? I have always wondered this. Thanks
