I had a machine shop turn the cush drive for me. I marked it with my calibrated, hot rod, carport, eye ball and it came out pretty close.

On the front I have the original sprocket with the teeth cut off. On the outside of it is a plain old Hayabusa sprocket (17). I plan to clamp the two sprockets together for alignment and then weld them together off the bike. I have cut the center of the Hayabusa sprocket so that it (the center) can be easily removed after welding. There it is, a home made offset sprocket. It will bolt up with the stock lock washer and nut. I picked the Vortex because it has holes in it that will give me more surface to weld to.I have not welded it up yet. It's raining really had on the carport these days. ;)
I am pleased with the clearance and so forth. I am glad I sent the 5/8 630 sprocket back.
I am running 530 with a 120 link chain that I have not cut down yet.

I have removed the teeth and a 1/4" or so from the outside edge of the kz sprocket. I put it on the countershaft.
I have a new Vortex Hayabusa sprocket with lightening holes in it. I cut the "spokes" most of the way through. I put some glue on the outer edge of the kz sprocket then bolted the two together on the shaft. This will align the two sprockets.
Today I pulled the sprockets off and spot welded the two together. I knocked the inner piece out of the hayabusa sprocket. Next I welded the two together with my mig welder.
So there you have it, A centered offset sprocket for $24.99.
