Well, found the other day that the rubber dampers on my bikes foot pegs has deteriorated. With the recent discontinuation of many parts for this bike I haven't been able to find the replacements for them. With this in mind i figure why not finally place some rear sets on the bike. I have been looking at raask's which makes a pair that should be a direct fit to my bike

My question is am i able to place the pegs of a 79-80 mkII, A3, or A4 on my bike as a direct fit. if so then there is a chance that www.fastfromthepast.com/13-0033, will fit on my bike.

Thank you

The KZ1000E uses different dampers. The number is 92075-293. Rocky Mountain ATV is a good place to buy parts and has them listed at available for $5.00 each. They are pretty good at only listing parts available when they actually are, but you never know. I thought the KZ1000E at least shared the same foot pegs with other KZ1000 models, but it doesn't. They went all out 100% full throttle on that bike to make everything just a little different.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
