Please add your bike's year and specific model to your signature line. Kawasaki made 3 different KZ750 models in 1980. According to Kawasaki.com if yours is a 2-cylinder KZ750-G1 it needs tubes. If it is a 4-cylinder KZ750-E1 or KZ750-H1 (LTD) it would have come with tubeless type wheels. Of course there is the possibility that some previous owner installed different wheels. Ed

Bottom line: if it's tubeless tire then you have a rim leak. You can fix that by installing a tube. If it is a tube type tire and it's leaking..... you can fix that by installing a tube.

Two days to deflate isn't that slow, refit tyre and/or inner tube is the answer.

Could be as simple as corrosion on the wheel. Most guys change tires use soap/water, this causes rapid and constant corrosion and leaks can happen. Some guys swear by soap for a lubricant, but they are either lucky or just plain talented as tire changers using wrong lube. Get dedicated tire lube and insist on it when getting tires changed if you don't do it yourself. Back to the problem at hand, usually this condition can be fixed by removing the tire and carefully cleaning the bead seat area, then remove the corrosion on the wheel with a sponge/solvent then some fine sandpaper. Then reinstall the tire using the right lube and it will seal every time. Well exception is if the old tire is defective, which is rare. I'd bet on the soap/water/corrosion and cleaning will fix it.

My tires are tubeless.
I had a leak in front tire a couple of years back. Suspected a rim leak since I couldn't see anything obvious. Took the wheel off and brought it to my local motorcycle shop. When I picked it up later the guy said it was a rim leak (fixed) and dirt was the cause. Could have meant corrosion like Ron described. A cheap fix. No problems since

Yes, your tires are tubeless... but what about your rims? If the rims DO NOT say "tubeless" anywhere on them, run a tube.
