Somebody know how replace my old starter. have broken magnets .

I am pretty sure there are no magnets in the starter. What you really need is a genuine Kawasaki Factory Service Manual. They come up on fleebay. Somebody here may have a link to one or a PDF version.

I´m shure, I disasamble it and see the magnet broken.
Is the original starter MITSUBA SM-8203

It's an electric motor. How could it not have magnets?

What're those rectangular bits that're kinda dangling in the center of the plate?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. There won't be any magnets in a rebuild kit: the magnets are permanent parts of an electric motor and are generally epoxied or similar to the inside of the motor housing. They are not intended to be replaceable.





If the OP has a broken magnet in his starter motor I think the only practical option is to replace the motor itself.

Please accept my apology. I thought a starter motor consisted primarily of an armature and field coils.

I believe those would be carbon brushes.
