Also the trouble with coils is they sit right above a hot engine and on a hot day the little rascals just take it an cook and over the years they just get tired of doing their part when they get hot again, My 76 900 is having that problem right now . Ride for a while and shut it off for five minutes and the first big handful of throttle brings major missing and bucking, as soon as the cool air blows past the coils it straightens up and flys right. Coils are now ordered to go along with new plugs and points which I replaced first.
Other than that all is good and have enjoyed the heck out of it all summer.
