I'm ready to swap my turn signals to LED type. What else needs to be changed? Just the flasher to a solid state type? Any part numbers or info is appreciated.

Thanks

I think they sell solid state flashers at Auto Zone (?) Any SS flasher should work.

I had to use a pair of resisters to make the led turn signals work on my YZF600. I found them ebay.

Here's an electronic flasher that is available at most auto parts stores. I have one on my KZ650. Ed

Thanks for the help guys!

Anyone have any recommendations on LED blinkers they like, ones that look good? There are tons out there, but most look too modern. I'm not running stock blinkers now, but having a hard time deciding on a style that looks right.

Thanks.

Thanks.

There are a million LED aftermarket lights out there, and from what I have seen: most of them are not bright enough to be seen in daylight. Just ask the dipstick with the super cool Acura who I almost drove into the back seat of because his nifty LED tail lights could not be seen with the sun on them.

Be very careful. I am running the 3W Luxeon 1157 bulbs which are actually brighter than stock but I think they have been discontinued. FYI: I think the Chinese junk they sell on ebay is worthless, not worth betting your life on.

The place called superbrightleds.com has always had very good stuff.
