Discovered something today, where the air screw hole had been drilled out, there is no edge for the spring to sit on. Also using my air compressor, blowing air through where the pilot jet goes on bottom of carb. I can feel it from the air hole... With the screw turned all the way in. None of the other 3 are like that.

Bike runs, got a new set off eBay cause one of the body's off the old ones were toasted. Anyways. Leaks into airbox again (story of my life, just can't get away from that problem) and flows out overflow. So checking fuel level and I have this carb #1 about 10 mm carb #2 about 11-12 mm carb #3 and 4 both about 7-8mm
I also replaced the needles and valves with new ones. Any ways my question is what is the correct fuel level for a 1984 Kawasaki kz550 LTD? Attached. picture of the carbs I got off eBay.
