Hi Guys,
Just wondering if there are any ill effects on the bike if you leave the enricher open 1/2 way when the bike is sitting off for a few hours. I did this today when doing some maintenance on the battery after I could not get enough cranking power and it would not start and forgot to push it back in (the battery cells were low and filled them with distilled water after). I'll fire it up tomorrow after it sits on the trickle charger over night.

Thanks,

What's an enricher. Do you mean your choke on the carbs?

Barney yes I mean the choke. Actually the j3 has an enricher which is different than a choke technically.
Did you get the J3 finished?

Shouldn't be a problem. The fuel is drawn through the system by engine vacuum, which requires the pistons to be moving.
