Anyone have a picture or diagram for the KZ400 carb hose routing? Just curious which go to the fuel tank (I see two different ports on the fuel tank) and which are overflow ports...

Does this help? The T (33), at the carbs, should be the fuel feed from the tank.

Any idea what the second port on the petcock is for (see picture - labeled "here")? I'm guessing vacuum...possibly to the air box? I'm using mini filters...can I just cap it? Also, where does #19 go? Looks like some sort of breather...

That port is for the vacuum hose. You need to install the hose from the petcock into either a carb boot or the vacuum port on your carbs. Without the hose gas will not flow from the petcock

OK.

Which port on the carb. is for vacuum? On the right carb., there is a port that is not on the other carb...possibly that one? I believe its #17 on the carb diagram above...
